Once per turn, when you or Moon Dregs hit a creature with a melee attack on your turn, you can spend 1 cursed energy to cause the attack to deal an extra 2d6 poison damage. This increases to 4d6 at 6th level, 6d8 at 11th level and 6d10 at 18th level. This damage is not amplified by a critical hit.
You can replace any of your attacks on your turn with an attack from Moon Dregs.
Noxious Poison

When you use Poisonous Cursed Energy, a creature must make a Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. They can repeat the saving throw at the end of their turns, ending the effect on a success. While poisoned in this way, the target has a temporary level of exhaustion.
