Todo asks one question before he decides how a fight is going to go: what’s your type? Answer to his satisfaction and you’ve made a friend who will swap places with you mid-swing to land the hit you couldn’t. Answer badly, or fight him instead, and you’ll learn his Boogie Woogie the hard way.

Boogie Woogie (1 Cursed Energy). Todo claps and swaps the positions of himself and one willing ally, or one hostile creature and one object, within 30 feet, teleporting both instantly. A hostile creature swapped this way has disadvantage on its next attack roll before the end of its next turn. If Todo swaps himself with an ally standing next to a hostile creature, he can make one Fist attack against that creature immediately as part of this action.

Black Flash (Recharge 6). Once per turn when Todo hits with a melee attack, he can attempt a Black Flash: the strike deals an extra 21 (6d6) force damage and ignores resistance.
