Items, both brand-new and from antiquity, that are embedded with curses. These weapons are organized by grade: 4th Grade (Common), 3rd Grade (Uncommon), 2nd Grade (Rare), 1st Grade (Very Rare), Special Grade (Legendary+).
4th Grade Tools
Imbued Items
These items are simple weapons and day-to-day objects imbued with Cursed Energy, so they can hurt things such as curses.
Cursed Glasses
These glasses have lenses embedded with Cursed Energy, allowing those who wear them to see curses if they otherwise would not be able to.
3rd Grade Tools
Improved Items
These items are filled with Cursed Energy, which allows them to become more effective. This is represented by adding a +1 to related things.
Minor Technique Items
Items that hold an Innate Technique are found in many different grades of strength. Mechanically, these are all 5e Uncommon items that aren’t +1 items.

Black Rope
Weapon (Whip), Grade 1
When you attack using this weapon, you can use a charge that deactivates all magic and Cursed Energy-related features. However, for every hit you make while this effect is active, you subtract one from your hit and damage bonus. Once this bonus reaches -5, Black Rope burns away.
Dragon Bone
Weapon (Scimitar), Grade 1
You have a bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls made with this cursed tool. The bonus is equal to one-third of the damage dealt with your last attack, rounded down.
Special Grade Tools
Improved Items
These items are filled with Cursed Energy, which allows them to become more effective. This is represented by adding a +4 to related things.
Top Technique Items
Items that hold an Innate Technique are found in many different grades of strength. Mechanically, these are all 5e Legendary and above items.
Chain of 1000 Miles
Weapon (Weighted Chain), Special Grade
You have a +3 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls made with this cursed tool. In addition, as a bonus action, you can add 60 ft. to the range as long as one end is covered. You may also add a weapon to the chain’s end, as long as the weapon is not two-handed.
Festering Life Sword
Weapon (Shortsword), Special Grade
You have a +3 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls made with this cursed tool. After an attack with this weapon, the target must make a Constitution saving throw; on a failure, it takes 6d10 necrotic damage. On a success, nothing happens.
Inverted Spear of Heaven
Weapon (Dagger), Special Grade
You have a +3 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls made with this cursed tool. In addition, all magic and Cursed Energy-related features are deactivated.
Playful Cloud
Weapon (Three-Section Staff), Special Grade
You have a +3 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls made with this cursed tool. In addition, while wielding this weapon, you gain a +1 bonus to AC, and when you hit, you gain a bonus to damage equal to 3 times your attack modifier.
Soul Split Katana
Weapon (Katana), Special Grade
You have a +3 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls made with this cursed tool. Attacks made with this weapon ignore resistances and immunities. Additionally, damage dealt with this sword reduces the target’s maximum hit points.
Sword of Extermination
Weapon (Shortsword), Special Grade
You have a +3 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls made with this cursed tool. If a cursed spirit or undead is hit, it is exorcised instantaneously.
