The act of regression is the basis of your technique.
Cursed Energy
Starting at 1st level, you can harness your negative feelings into a usable source of energy, called cursed energy. These feelings can be harnessed into attacks or abilities. The number of cursed energy you possess is based on your class, some classes use a modifier that being charisma or wisdom (Player’s choice)
Your cursed energy DC is 8 + user cursed energy ability modifier + proficiency bonus.
Reversion
Beginning at 1st level, when you make an attack roll or saving throw against an effect that you can see or are targeted by an attack roll, you can spend 1 cursed energy as a reaction to reverse time a few seconds, allowing you to reattempt a failed roll or make the attack reroll.
At 3rd level, this feature also grants you a +2 bonus to the second attempt this feature grants you. This increases to +3 at 6th level, +4 at 11th level, and +5 at 18th level. Also at 3rd level, you can use this feature on a creature within 30 ft of you that you can see for an additional 2 CE. Other creatures do not gain the bonus to rolls.
Regression
At 3rd level, you can spend 3 cursed energy as a bonus action. You physically regress to the previous point you were standing at the start of your turn, tracing the path you moved. This completely reverses your movement and actions even defying the laws of physics, such as jumping up backwards or running on nothing if the ground or platform was removed. Any opportunity attacks for this reversed movement are made at disadvantage.
At 6th level, you can spend 3 additional cursed energy to continue regression to the point you started your previous turn.
If your movement is blocked, you can force your way through. If your path is blocked by a creature, they must make a Dexterity save or take your proficiency bonus in d8s of bludgeoning damage and are pushed to a different space out of your path if their size is Large or smaller (your choice). If your path is blocked by a structure or object that is not fixed in place, you can make a Cursed Energy check to move it (DC 10 + 3 for every size category above Medium). On a success, you move it out of the way. Otherwise you take 5 bludgeoning damage and the structure or object takes 10 times your proficiency bonus in bludgeoning damage. If this destroys the object, you continue moving, otherwise you stop moving.
Enhanced Reversion
At 6th level, you can use Reversion without using your reaction a number of times equal your proficiency bonus each round. Additionally, when you use Reversion you can spend an additional 3 CE to instead roll at advantage.
Invert Causality
At 11th level, rather than reversing events you have learned to use a conceptual curse that inverts causality to rewrite the flow of events so your attack always lands first. After an attack or damaging effect made by a creature within 30 ft damages you, you can spend 8 CE as a reaction. Time is then rewound to before the attack is made or the effect happens.
You can immediately make one attack against the creature that ignores range and is guaranteed to hit by reversing causality, causing the triggering action to be wasted.
Domain Expansion: Requiem of Retrograde
Finally at 18th level, you have learned to expand your domain. At initiative 20, choose one creature within your domain. The first thing that creature does on their turn (Eg. using movement, taking an action, etc) is automatically reversed back to their original point and the movement or action is wasted. At initiative 20, you can target a different creature by switching the effects of your domain to that creature.
Additionally, all creatures of your choice are under the base effects of Reversion. When you use Reversion on your own attack rolls, they are guaranteed to hit.
Reversal

Prograde
You have learned the reversal of your technique. Rather than reversing what was, you reinforce what will happen as a certainty. As an action for 6 CE, you target a creature within 30 ft that you can see and declare their defeat/victory to be certain. For 1 minute, they are under the effects of Certain Defeat or Certain Victory. You can only have a declaration against one creature at a time.
Certain Defeat. A creature under your declaration cannot gain advantage and is unaffected by any effects that would cause it to reroll dice (including Retrograde). The first time the creature takes damage or fails a saving throw each round, they take a number of d10s in necrotic damage equal to your proficiency bonus and can only take this damage once per round.
Certain Victory. A creature under your declaration cannot gain disadvantage. Additionally, when they have advantage on a roll they instead roll 3 dice and take their pick as victory guides their hand. If using Certain Victory on yourself, you can only use Retrograde features on other creatures.
