Named for the god it apes rather than any god it actually is, Fūjin is a curse born from a thousand small furies - every driver cut off in traffic, every gust that ruined an umbrella. Alone none of that is enough to curse anything. Given a few decades and a city’s worth of bad tempers, it’s enough for this.

Traits
Cursed Manifestation. Only creatures that can sense cursed energy can perceive or harm Fūjin. It is exorcised when reduced to 0 hit points.
Reinforcement. While it has cursed energy remaining, Fūjin adds +4 to its AC, saving throws, and damage rolls.
Wind Sense. Fūjin can sense the location of any creature within 60 feet that isn’t behind total cover, even if the creature is invisible.
Actions
Multiattack. Fūjin makes two Gale Claw attacks.
Gale Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 7) slashing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be pushed 15 feet away.
Cyclone (3 Cursed Energy). Fūjin whips up a 20-foot-radius cyclone centered on a point within 60 feet. Each creature there makes a DC 18 Strength saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) bludgeoning damage and being knocked prone on a failure, or taking half damage on a success. Unsecured objects Large or smaller are flung 20 feet in a random direction.
Vacuum Blade (5 Cursed Energy). Fūjin launches a compressed blade of wind in a 100-foot line. Each creature there makes a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 36 (8d8) slashing damage on a failure, or half as much on a success.
Reactions
Redirect (2 Cursed Energy). When Fūjin is hit by a ranged attack, it can use its reaction to redirect the wind around itself, halving the damage.
